Royal Mail 1st class within the UK:

Order value under £50.00 - £3.00 delivery charge.
Order value above £50.00 - free of charge

Guaranteed next day delivery is not available.

Royal Mail 1st class Republic of Ireland:

Order value under £50.00 - £4.00
Order value above £50.00 - free of charge

Royal Mail Air Mail Europe:

Order value under £100.00 - £8.00
Order value above £100.00 - free of charge

Royal Mail Air Mail outside Europe:

Order value under £100.00 - £12.00
Order value above £100.00 - free of charge



What is your Returns Policy?

If any item is broken or damaged upon delivery we will replace it or refund your money, whichever you prefer.  We will refund the cost of returning the item to us. It is as simple as that.

You may cancel your order for any reason up to and including 8 working days from the date of deliver of your order, provided all the products are unopened and/or in resaleable condition.  We will refund the price of within 30 days from the date of cancellation including any postage charges.  

What is your Complaints Procedure?

Any complaint is taken very seriously and we endeavour to respond to complaints with 5 working days.  Should you have a ‘returns’ query or a complaint, please do not hesitate to contact us.
